Thirty years ago today
On Friday I picked up my cheques from both the Toronto Board of Education and the Ontario College of Art. Then what I would have normally done is to get off the streetcar at Coxwell on the way home where I would go to George’s to buy some barbecued chicken, to KFC to get french fries and gravy and to the Beer Store to get a case of beer. Then I would have enjoyed those things while watching something on TV.
