Thirty years ago today
Nancy wasn't ready to leave her place until early afternoon. The community centre would be closing at 15:45 and we didn't get there until 15:15 so it was too late to take the baby into the pool. Nancy seemed to like the place though and so there was hope that we would be back.
We went to The Real Jerk and had roti but it wasn't very good. We went to Shoppers and then to my place. Nancy liked my Christmas tree, especially the smell. Our daughter was dazzled by the lights but at her age, she was dazzled by everything.
Our baby now had eight teeth but she still couldn't crawl. We thought it was maybe because her larger-than-average size made her uncoordinated.
They stayed until around 22:00 and then I escorted them back to Warden Station.
