Thirty years ago today
On Thursday I took my daughter to the wading pool at Kew Gardens and the lifeguards said that she should have plastic pants on. They kept asking me not to let her diaper get wet. I felt like telling them to fuck off but basically, I let my daughter go where she wanted. I only had one diaper and so when she was finished, I just stripped her naked and carried her to the drug store to buy diapers. I changed her and then we walked along Queen, with me kicking the bag of diapers and her chasing it.
