July 6, 1992: My daughter could now say "Dada"

Thirty years ago today

On Monday I picked up my daughter in the morning and we spent a nice day together. She could say “Dada” on cue now. On Saturday I’d forgotten her bottle at an apartment I viewed and so on the way back to her mother’s place I stopped at Silverbirch and Gerrard and got it. I told Nancy to meet us at the playground near her place. We were there for almost an hour, but my daughter never got tired of swinging. We were playing in the sand, and she was picking up sand and putting it on the slide, then trying to climb up the slide, then she put more sand and tried to climb again. It was very creative.
