I
did the laundry but the machines flooded.
Nancy
and I went to a nice movie at the Revue called “Apartment Zero”. It was
slightly flawed because the main character kept saying things that seemed out
of character and because the supporting actress behaved more like a male
fantasy than a real person. But these criticisms are two spits in the ocean of
an on the whole outstanding film.
The plot was
complex, tense and comic. The story was about a lonely but anti-social man who
rents a room to someone who lives up to his heroic fantasies. The tenant turns
out to be a former mercenary that had been kidnapped and trained to kill from
childhood.
