Thirty years ago today
On Thursday I got up, had breakfast, cleaned up, and I was typing out some prose when Nancy came in with my daughter. She had no problem saying goodbye to her mother those days. It was already almost 16:30 when we walked down Queen so I could call Mike Copping at work. He said he couldn't get together but told me to call him next Monday. My daughter and I walked along Queen. She played in the toy store for a long time. She didn't go to sleep until around 20:00. Nancy showed up at 23:00 and my daughter woke up shortly after that and Nancy took her back to Scarborough.
