Thirty years ago today
On Monday I had an appointment with the optometrist and got a new prescription for glasses. My eyesight still hadn’t changed much over the years. I was still slightly near sighted and needed glasses to get a driver’s license or to focus my camera. I was considering getting contacts and so the eye doctor put some in my eyes to see how it felt but it was horrible, like having broken glass in my eyes. I went to Hakim Optical and ordered a pair of round wire rimmed lenses.
