January 19, 1994: I was too broke to go to the Fat Albert's open stage

Thirty years ago today

            On Wednesday I worked at the Ontario College of Art from 9:00 to 16:00. That night I was too broke to go to the Fat Albert’s open stage. Mary Milne invited me to dinner but I told her no thanks.
