On Thursday evening I performed at the Armchair reading series and then I went to the Beaches for Norm Hacking’s open stage. While I was waiting to perform I worked on my poem “Muse in Chains” and finished it. I was one of the first performers there but one of the last to be invited to the stage. I was willing to forgive Norm for that but then he cut me off in the middle of my set.
