Thirty years ago today
On Saturday I called Nancy and she told me that she would bring our daughter down later. I went downtown to Spadina with Angeline where we shopped for art supplies. I got some acrylic matte medium for making collages. We went to a Chinese buffet and then to Kensington Market where I shopped to get her a coat. I took the bus with her up to Spadina and Bloor where we went to the Café Express. I called Nancy and was told that she’d left a half an hour before, so I kissed Angeline goodbye and rushed home but Nancy didn’t show up for quite a while.
