Thirty years ago today
On Thursday evening I posed for the Ontario College of Art at the Stewart Building. After work I went to Mudds Cabaret where there was no open stage but Mary Milne and I stood up and read our poetry anyway. Then Mark approached us and suggested that we take charge of promoting the poetry reading and to do it in the back room on Tuesday nights. Mary drove me home and came in until well after midnight to discuss it.
