Thirty years ago today

and I were supposed to deliver some office furniture to the Frost Building. But
when we brought it up in the elevator the office manager rejected much of it
because it was the wrong colour. By the time we took it back down to the truck
it was lunchtime. I got some nice samosas from the India Palace.
After lunch we
went to the Mowat Block to take some office stuff out but the loading dock was
full and so we had to wait. When a space opened up GG was going to back the
truck in but it wouldn’t start. We had to call Mimico for the mechanic to come
downtown and fix it. By the time that happened it was already 15:00 and the
dock was full again. We managed to remove three items before quitting time.
