Thirty years ago today
On Friday I got to bed at 6:00 and at 8:00 Nancy came in with my daughter. I managed to milk another twenty minutes in bed by occupying her verbally but then I had to get up. We played in the back yard, then went up the street to the playground and then down to Queen for the usual burrito. Since she ate a lot of broccoli I rewarded her by sharing my Haagen Dazs. She went to sleep at around 21:00 but then woke up crying at 23:00 so I took her for a walk to Kew Gardens and back. She was asleep again before we got home. After putting her to bed I just rested and watched TV.
