Thirty years ago today
After work I
picked up some groceries and relaxed for a while at home before getting ready
to go up to Jennifer's place. I took along a couple of beers for myself and
bought her a bottle of wine on my way there.
I read to her
while she took a bath and played her some records that I'd brought.
I ordered Chinese
food and she was asleep when it came. There were spring rolls, broccoli fried
rice with shrimp and honey garlic spare ribs. Jennifer liked it and we ate in
bed while fighting off her cat.
We cleaned up a
bit and then went to bed and cuddled. It was a very sweet and pleasant night.
