Thirty years ago today
On Saturday I called Mike Copping to tell him about my child being born and he said, "Wow!"
It took a while to get to sleep after the birth and our sleep was erratic anyway because of cleaning the baby, Nancy feeding the baby and me feeding Nancy. But I managed to get a little more sleep than her. She was having a hard time balancing everything.
I was staying with Nancy and the baby at her parents' place for a while.
Nancy wasn't ready to name the baby yet.
